The ideal venue for your wedding

Villa Piaggia is ideal venue also for weddings. The lush garden, the swimming pool and the loggia with panoramic view all over the Tuscan countryside can host up to 100 people.

The grounds of the swimming pool are the ideal location for the cocktail, the loggia and the garden for dinner and again the swimming pool’s ground for the wedding cake cut and dancing.

In case of bad weather we can use the loggia for the cocktail and the interior halls for the dinner (max 50 people) or add a marquis beside the house to cover part of the garden.

Villa Piaggia is the ideal location for those looking for a traditional Tuscan style venue offering stunning views, peaceful grounds and intimate atmosphere.

As for the wedding menu we can either offer typical Tuscan meals or international fusion food. The rate vary depending from the number of the guests.

Villa Piaggia can accommodate up to 18 people while other guests can be hosted in similar properties in a radius of 2 kms proving mini van service.

Close to Villa Piaggia there is the “Tonda” church a very nice country style church that we can use for catholic ceremonies.
 
Civil cerimony – legally recognized
The closest civil ceremony venues is Montaione (7 km far from Piaggia) the town is nice and cosy. Alternatively you can opt for a more exclusive venue choosing Palazzo Pretorio in Certaldo, the wedding hall of the the famous middle age town of San Gimignano or the “Sala delle 7 Virtù” in the Townhall of the tiny village of San Miniato. They are all reachable in 20 mins. by car.
 
Symbolic blessing
If you prefer to get married in your country and then come here for a symbolic blessing it can be done in the garden of the villa. Assistance for weddings available upon request.
