The villa is located at the heart of the estate, with its unusual elongated rectangular form, made of rough hewn stone, and able to comfortably welcome 17 guests, providing every comfort. The villa opens onto a spacious garden with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. An imperial stone staircase leads down to the pool, surrounded by a large lawn area from which you can access the “loggiato”, a typical Italian-style covered porch which is the ideal place for a pleasant meal or simply to relax in the sitting area. On the back of the loggiato you will find a bathroom, a large shower, and two spacious changing rooms, as well as an area for outdoor cooking with a refrigerator.
