The villa, with its unusual long shape, is made of ancient stones and it is situated in the heart of the estate. The villa can easily accommodate 13 people and has every sort of comfort.
In front of the villa a big garden with a breathtaking view on the Tuscan countryside. A stone staircase with two flights leads to the swimming pool of 9x14 meters surrounded by a big grass area close to the loggia, the ideal place to eat outside and relax. On the back of the open gallery a bathroom and 3 dressing-rooms one of which with a big a shower cabin.

The entrance hall leads to the green sitting room and to the main hall that is connected to the billiard-room and to the library as well.
On the other side the large dining room, the hunting hall with the big fire-place, the office, the fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom.- First floor
Three double rooms with private bathroom with shower; two double rooms sharing a bathroom with bath and shower; one double room and one single sharing a bathroom with bath.
